The present Agreement determines rights and responsibilities of Internet user who expressed willingness to become the customer of SatoBridge micropayments platform.
User has a right to accept and not to accept the offered conditions that later on will predetermine his participation or non-participation in SatoBridge.
The agreement is deemed bilateral and determines rendering of informational service to the user without binding the latter to make any investments.
Provision of Personal Information by User
Customer is obligated to provide his/her real identity only if it's required. This information is used only for verification purposes and will not be disclosed to 3rd parties.
Having approved the present Agreement and proceeded with registration process in SatoBridge, user confirms the transmittal of his data into SatoBridge and their use at identification, notification and performance of transactions.
SatoBridge customer has a right to change his personal data.
SatoBridge customer understands and accepts that some transactions within the system are performed by 3rd parties, such as SatoBridge certified Partners, and that SatoBridge is not in full control of such activities.
Use of SatoBridge account
Account is a personal customer area of user which functions on the basis of user's personal data.
Customer is fully responsible for the state of his account, access to it and its control.
SatoBridge is not responsible for premeditated and unpremeditated use of account by the customer in illegal transactions.
Registering in SatoBridge system customer undertakes not to use it in unlawful purposes and not to act in operations that can result in system damage.
SatoBridge reserves a right to carry out accounting operations and systematization of all transactions performed by the customer within system. In case of complaints of SR & I. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") or 3rd parties against the Customer Company has a right to address judicial agencies of any jurisdiction for protection of system interests, its participants, and the 3rd parties.
User's account is not subject to transfer to any other person without notification of system administration.
You, as a SatoBridge Client, shall:
Immediately report all defects or other problems which you either cause or are made aware of and shall assist SatoBridge in remedying the problem.
Immediately update via a SatoBridge System or submit to SatoBridge via a registered mail address any changes to your personal data (name, mailing/postal address and email address).
At all times ensure that you have your 2FA available and in usable condition, if used by you. In case of loss of the 2FA, you must immediately inform SatoBridge about this loss and follow SatoBridge support team members’ instructions. You acknowledge and accept that such instructions may be deferred depending on the utilisation of the SatoBridge support team and SatoBridge is not liable for any of your claims due to such a delay. If you are not able to follow the instructions and comply with the security rules and requirements, you will neither be able to access the relevant page nor your SatoBridge Client Account again and the SatoBridge Client's Account including any Token may not be and cannot be used until you can find/remember/regain the correct 2FA. You are aware and accept this "No Recover Policy" which is a major and important immanent part of a system dealing with cryptographic blockchain-based digital information units.
SatoBridge reserves the right to lock and/or freeze and/or close a SatoBridge Client Account (including the block of a transaction, reverse of a transaction, suspension of a transaction, rescission from a contract/transaction, the loss of any vouchers) immediately and without further notice to the SatoBridge Client, if:
such SatoBridge Client has been accused of (including any reasonably documented media reports or market rumors on): fraud, terrorist financing, money laundering, tax fraud, or any other breach or violation of relevant criminal, administrative or tax laws in any country of the world, being part of a Ponzi scheme of any kind, using matrix programs/pyramid programmes/multi-level marketing or other high-risk business detrimental to customers of any kind; unlawful activity in any country of the world; forbidden gambling; intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement, counterfeit or unauthorised goods; using/distributing drugs and drug paraphernalia or substances designed to mimic illegal drugs; producing/distributing adult content and services; using unfair, predatory or deceptive practice via customers or persons; etc.
SatoBridge has been informed of official investigations (by any competent public authority, in particular but not limited to any public prosecutors in the field of criminal law or tax agents) against such SatoBridge Client with respect to fraud, terror financing, money laundering, tax fraud, or any breach or violation of relevant criminal, administrative or tax laws in any country of the world.
a SatoBridge Client has breached any rules or regulations of SatoBridge
a SatoBridge Client has opened more than one account with SatoBridge.
a SatoBridge Client uses an account without legal entitlement to use such an account.
a SatoBridge Client conceals the correct identity by providing incorrect data regarding the SatoBridge Client Account or an account with a payment service provider.
a SatoBridge Client manipulates SatoBridge Systems or any SatoBridge group’s services. Such manipulation is in particular any use of an automated system (e.g. bot) or any other use which contradicts normal and typical trading behaviour of human beings and, hence, indicates the involvement of a certain technology, software and/or any system automating such trading, except such use has been previously agreed with SatoBridge. Using an automated system (e.g. bot) is only permitted if you (i) use SatoBridge and (ii) use the official APIs provided on SatoBridge in their original and unmodified state.
a SatoBridge Client conducts their business in such a way or uses SatoBridge Systems in such a way that causes damage, disadvantages or losses for SatoBridge and/or impairs any SatoBridge Service.
System transactions
Entering the account system customer fully responsible for all transactions performed in system on behalf of his account.
Only customer and nobody else is responsible for any migration or loss of his/her funds including resulting from authorized access.
Customer has no right to demand to reverse the transaction done by him/her in SatoBridge.
Any transaction can not be reversed.
Transaction performed in the system on behalf of account registered in name of user is strictly secured for the owner of this account and is not subject to be challenged for non-participation of the Customer in this transaction.
SatoBridge customer shall pay a special attention to accuracy of his actions as a number of operations in SatoBridge are performed by one click.
Refund policy
Completed transactions are final with no method of refunding, charging back or other recourse for the sender of the virtual currency.
Incomplete transactions are those transactions that were confirmed too late or when the sender send less coins than required in the invoice created for the merchant. To apply for a refund, open a support ticket providing the transaction ID (TXID or hash). Refunds will be either (at our discretion): (a) the original amount of the virtual currency we have received and is still within our control; or (b) an amount equivalent to the USD value at the time of the Virtual Currency Transaction. All refunds must be claimed within 30 days of us receiving your coins or it will be forfeited. Refunds of coins and other funds may be returned to you minus our costs, the unsubsidized coin/miner network transactionfee and any other third party charges. For a refund to be honored it must be at least equal to the network transaction fee for that virtual currency times two, otherwise it will be forfeited. Refunds are processed within 7 days after request received.
No Liability for Errors/Omissions. You accept and acknowledge that we are not liable or responsible for any errors or omissions that are made in connection with any coin Transaction initiated via the Services. We strongly encourage you to review your transaction details carefully before attempting to transfer a virtual currency.
Limitations of Liability
SatoBridge will not be liable for loss of funds by Customer due to SatoBridge malfunction, unauthorized access, theft, force majeure ,any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may incur in connection with actions or lack of thereof of 3rd parties such as SatoBridge certified Partners.
Termination of Agreement
SatoBridge Customer has a right to notify the administration of SatoBridge of his desire to close the account at any time. In this case liquidation of account in System and removal of all personal data specified by the user at registration takes place after finishing of identification of applicant's personality and its check for compliance with the personality of the user that had registered this account.
SatoBridge reserves a right to block the account for term or termless period at occurrence of some suspicions until ascertainment of circumstances.
