Account Management
Get help about Account ManagementIn order to recover your account, please provide us with the following information:
1. Full Name
2. Username
3. Email Address
4. Country
5. Name of the Internet Service Provider and IP. (You can find that at www.ipinfo.io)
If you are having trouble logging into your account, please use the Recover Password link at the login page.
This page will help you recover your account and set a new password. Please make sure that you are using your email address to login.
The Portfolio Value is just a estimate of the value of your balances in the US Dollar. It is just an approximation according to the current value of the listed currencies.
Please take a look at your wallet balances – they are the actual amount you have in your wallet and you can withdraw it anytime you wish.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and others. You can see the full list in your account Dashboard.
2FA is an extra layer of security to prevent someone from logging in, even if they have your password. To enable your 2FA you only need:
1. Access Edit Profile Page
2. Under 2-Factor Authentication, choose the method to use and follow the instructions.
Deposits
Get help about DepositsTo deposit funds into your account, you need to click on the Deposit button corresponding to the currency you wish to deposit. Then enter the amount you wish to deposit and click on the Deposit button. You will be redirected to FaucetPay so that you can transfer funds from your FaucetPay account to SatoBridge.
After payment confirmation, the balance will be credited to your account automatically.
Minimum deposit amounts for each currency can be viewed on the deposit page.
Others
Get help about OthersWe do not currently have this functionality, but it is possible in another way.
To exchange one currency for another, we recommend withdrawing the source currency to your FaucetPay account and using the Coin Swap page to exchange it for the target currency, then depositing the target currency back into your Sato Bridge account.
All you need is a Sato Bridge account. When you register on faucets/sites that use our service, you just need to provide your username so that the site can send payments to your Sato Bridge account.
Sato Bridge is a micro wallet provider integrated with FaucetPay, where you receive micropayments from faucets and other sites without any extra fees, can also use the funds in your account to create your own investment site, you can participate in raffles and games available on our site, as well as being able to withdraw funds from a partner site and deposit in another without any fees.
Withdrawals
Get help about WithdrawalsTo withdraw funds from your account, you need to click on the Withdraw button corresponding to the currency you wish to withdraw. Then, enter the amount you wish to deposit, your FaucetPay username, and click on the Withdraw button.
The amount will be credited to your FaucetPay account automatically.
Minimum withdrawal amounts for each currency can be viewed on the withdrawal page.
There are no fees for withdrawing funds from Sato Bridge to your FaucetPay account.
